A European group of leisure parks with a regional focus

Re-established in 2011 following the acquisition of seven parks from Compagnie des Alpes — including the Grand Aquarium in Saint-Malo, Bagatelle, the Grand Aquarium in the Loire Valley, Mini-Châteaux, Pleasurewood Hills, Avonturenpark Hellendoorn and Aquaparc — the Group has expanded over the years thanks to an ambitious growth strategy. It has gradually strengthened its presence in Europe through the acquisition of numerous iconic sites: Cobac Parc (2012), Isla Mágica (2013), Planète Sauvage and La Mer de Sable (2015), Fort Fun, La Flèche Zoo and Aquapark Amarante (2017), West Midlands Safari Park (2018), Drayton Manor Park (2020), Aquapark Istralandia (2022), Aquacolors (2023), Drievliet (2024), followed by Terra Botanica, Parc Saint Paul and Waterworld (2025).

Today, Looping Experiences comprises 21 parks across eight countries — France, England, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Portugal and Croatia — and has established itself as a major player in the European regional leisure sector. Its activities span several sectors: aquariums, wildlife parks, theme parks, water parks, edutainment parks and accommodation solutions.

With over 7.5 million visitors welcomed each year, the Group places the customer experience and visitor satisfaction at the heart of its mission: to offer moments of entertainment and family fun that are accessible and rooted in the local communities.

Since June 2023, PAI Partners has been the Group’s majority shareholder, supporting its development and growth strategy across Europe.

In 2026, Looping Group officially became Looping Experiences, a new identity designed to support the Group’s evolution, strengthen a sense of internal belonging and project a more modern, consistent image that reflects the diversity of its activities.

Looping Experiences now pursues a clear ambition: to become the European leader in regional leisure parks, by combining growth, operational excellence and a sustainable local presence.
